Content Writer for Technology-led Businesses

Objectives of this Role

• Develop content for technology-led companies to support marketing initiatives
• Obtain a deep understanding of the clients’ products and services to translate complex technical concepts including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Machine Language, Application Monitoring, etc. into simple, polished, and engaging content for marketing campaigns
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various stakeholders from the clients’ end as well as internal stakeholders
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and social media content
• Develop content that aligns with client expectations and satisfies customer needs in terms of readability and clarity

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical topics
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
• Firm understanding of the trending technologies in the industry
• Previous experience working in a technology-based company
