Creative Communications Executive (Experienced)
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. This role demands a blend of exceptional creative flair, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative communication strategies across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and innovative creative concepts for clients across diverse industries.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the client’s message and achieve campaign objectives.
- Ideate, own, and drive brand communications and social media handles, creating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and thereby achieving client success.
- Craft visually engaging social content calendars, articles, campaign content, and other marketing collaterals to promote a brand-focused message while engaging target audiences.
- Assisting with planning overall marketing communication strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website, social media & campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality content, including copy, scripts, social media posts, and other digital assets, that aligns with the client’s brand identity and target audience.
- Copywriting of posts (creative & post caption copy), working collaboratively with the creative design team for final execution and publishing; ensuring overall consistency in messaging across platforms/ channels.
Platform/ Channels Expertise:
- Be a social media analyst - analyse, and use creativity and marketing skills to help generate reach and engagement through social media networks.
- Active tracking of social media algorithm updates, trends & competitor trends; keen monitoring of social media channels - draw insights & take action to accelerate brand performance across platforms.
- Experience in social media marketing and community management; Tracking and working collaboratively with Social Media Influencers & PR Collaborators.
Digital Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platforms to leverage opportunities for client campaigns; stay on top of social media trends and platform updates to run algorithm-friendly campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
Project Management:
- Work closely with the creative, development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution meeting client expectations.
- Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of services, SLAs, SOPs, KPIs, and other relevant contractual details for compliance. Ensure adherence.
- Execution dashboards, monthly and quarterly reports are to be delivered within agreed timelines.
Content Writing & Visual Ideation skills:
- Strong English language skills, both written and oral. Other language skill sets (eg: Hindi, Tamil, Arabic) would be an added advantage.
- Content writing across the board as needed - content for social media platforms, blogs/ articles, marketing campaigns, ad copies, and other such relevant content deliverables.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs + Suite
- Proficient in editing and proofreading. Eye for detail is a MUST.
- Proficient in visual ideation for delivering effective content for respective channels.
- Exposure and experience in graphic designing, and GIFs/reels/video making would be an asset.
- Exposure to Content Research & Social Media Marketing Tools
- Must be adept at using ethically GenAI tools for ideation, research, and as relevant for effective execution/delivery.

- Strong interpersonal people skills - to work collaboratively with vendors and clients.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs + Suite

Work Experience:
Min 3 years of relevant experience. A strong background in content creation, copywriting, social media marketing, and customer/account servicing is a must. Exposure to handling global clients across industry segments would be an advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
Min. Bachelor’s degree in visual/mass communications, media studies, journalism A postgraduate degree in Marketing would be an advantage.
