Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content calendar for social media handles
Copywriting of posts/tweets (creative & post copy)
Working collaboratively with the creative design team for the final execution of posts
SM handles management including drafting, scheduling, posting, maintaining page hygiene and analytics
Be a social media analyst – track, analyse, use creativity and marketing skills to help generate reach and engagement through social media networks
Active tracking of social media trends & competitor trends;
Keen monitoring of social media channels, algorithms – draw insights & take action to accelerate brand performance across platforms
Assisting with planning social media marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website & campaigns
Setting up and executing social media promotional campaigns
Tracking and working collaboratively with Social Media Influencers and PR collaborators
Engaging with social media users and respond to any mentions over the various channels; work collaboratively on ORM
Content Writing Skills
Strong English language skills, both written and oral
Other language skill sets (eg: Hindi, Tamil, Arabic) would be an added advantage
Content writing across the board as needed – copywriting for all social media platforms, presentations, blogs, campaign ad copies and other such relevant content deliverables
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs + Suite
Proficient in editing and proofreading
Exposure and experience in graphic designing, video making would be an asset
Exposure to Content Research & Social Media Marketing Tools
Experience in Content Aggregation platforms like Outbrain, Columbia would be an added advantage

Work Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience would be an advantage
Educational Qualifications:
Min. Graduation
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing and visual communications would be preferred
Certifications (Preferred):
Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, SEO, Graphic Designing basics, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
