Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification: Active Project Management Certification is must like preferably PMP,CAPM, PgMP, CSM, ACP, Prince 2 or any other equivalent to this.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional teams. If you have international experience, it is an added advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).

As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and utilization of HubSpot's suite of marketing, sales, and customer service tools. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the clients through the implementation process, execute the implementations, and ensure that the business objectives are achieved by effectively utilizing HubSpot's features and functionalities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Implementation: Lead the implementation of HubSpot's marketing, sales, and customer service tools for clients, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with their existing systems and processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and objectives, and translate them into effective HubSpot configurations and workflows.
- Solution Design: Design and develop customized solutions within HubSpot to meet clients' specific needs, including creating workflows, email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring models.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration from clients' existing systems to HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients' teams on the effective use of HubSpot, including best practices, workflows, and reporting. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients.
- Integration and Automation: Identify opportunities to integrate HubSpot with other systems, such as CRM platforms, and develop automated processes to streamline data flow and optimize efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track key metrics, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in HubSpot and proactively suggest enhancements and improvements to clients' implementations.
Qualifications and Experience:

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, or HubSpot Service Hub Software Certification, are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
