Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, sales pipeline management, and converting leads into long-term customers. You will work closely with the sales team to strategize and close deals, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Identify, qualify, and engage new leads through inbound and outbound efforts. Present our solutions effectively to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Events, Media Relations, and Networking: Plan and execute industry events, awards submissions, and media placements. Network to increase brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales Demos and Consultations: Conduct initial product demos, showcasing our solutions to potential clients. Tailor presentations to meet client needs and address their challenges.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales teams to strategize and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to client.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue generation. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, or sales, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven experience in telecalling and lead generation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic branding and sales plans.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
