Vajra Global is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing and a proven track record of acquiring customers for Social Media Marketing services.
Experience – 3 to 5 Years
- Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well as explore new markets. Generate leads and connect with them to understand the client’s requirements
- Drive overall sales of the agency through self and team and meet monthly/ quarterly/ annual targets for business development.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create opportunities.
- Sell digital marketing and branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc
- Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new leads.
- Carry out sales forecasts and analyses to increase the business volume of the agency.
- Conduct constant market research and stay updated about the industry & competition.
- Submit & discuss weekly & monthly performance reports for the department.
- Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Strong client-service orientation
- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
- Sound business acumen; strategic skills
- Proficient with MS Office. Good with creating and delivering presentations.
- Work with ownership & be proactive at work
- Prior experience with Digital Marketing Agency preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains
- Research aptitude and an eye for details
