CSM Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working with clients, brand managers, account service, and creative teams to establish media goals, objectives, and strategies for advertising campaigns.
- Making sure the client’s expectations are met.
- Understand the KPI and coordinate with the team to achieve the goals.
- Manage & Review of media buy process including but not limited to developing buy parameters, building audiences, presentation decks, approval and reconciliation/reporting post
campaign. - Building and executing campaigns in paid social and digital platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
- Management of multiple ongoing paid campaigns including online and some offline media.
- Performing campaign analysis directly relevant to optimization and/or planning and buying decisions.
Qualifications:
- Having 0 to 4+ years minimum Agency experience with media planning and buying.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present.
- Be savvy and knowledgeable of social and new media technologies.
- Be organized, self-directed and efficient.
- Thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility.
- Have experience in buying for multiple industries.
- Be well versed in required media skills such as ability to review market research reports, first and third-party data and tools, etc.
- Proficient in media buying software and other media tools and software.
- Experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads products.
