Zero tolerance to sexual harassment at Vajra Global
Vajra Global is committed to a work environment where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and all employees can work without fear of prejudice or gender bias.
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy (“POSH Policy”) is formulated as per the guidelines prescribed in the “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013” (the “POSH Act”).
We believe in zero tolerance of sexual harassment at the workplace for all employees/suppliers/customers/contractors/visitors etc. As per the policy, Vajra Global has constituted a POSH Internal Committee (IC) in its primary and branch offices to prevent, prohibit, and redress any complaints of sexual harassment.

For any clarifications, queries, or complaints, please contact the committee. We follow a fair, unbiased, and gender-neutral approach to redress all complaints. All complaints will be handled with discretion, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, ranging from a warning to termination of employment, as the case may be. We strongly believe in promoting a culture of mutual respect for all.
