TVS Intralinet (LINK) is a part of TVS SCS as merger and acquisition happened a couple of years ago where they have acquired five different companies from five different entities. As a part of bringing all that it into one roof and to have the 2025 vision as
'power of us'. They wanted to create a one internal communication portal were all of their internal network , hr communication, policies , announcement, and documentation are shown in one place.
Problem statement :
In TVS SCS, as merger and acquisition happened a couple of years ago where they have acquired five different companies from five different entities. They wanted to create one internal communication portal, where all of their internal network, hr communication, policies, announcement, and documentation are shown in one place.
This project has an involvement of BA,PM,Design, Web development,UAT, and SEO teams
Strategy and approach :
The strategies involve gathering the requirements from the CLient, Documenting it in form of SOW and getting sign off and once approved estimating the efforts for the Captured SOW requiremnts and estimating the cost for the same and the same is shared with the client with (Efforts and costs estimates)for the approval. Once approved we move along with the timeline and make sure to complete the task befor the delivery date.

Vajra’s value addition :
Developed a website which hosts the intranet portal of TVSSCS with URL (link.tvsscs.com) with an enhanced user interface and better customer experience.
And Till date, we have successfully completed and delivered the LINK Project in four phases. And the next phase (Phase 5) for the link is yet to begin in the next couple of months.And also as a part of LINK project we have a weekly update call with all the LINK Project Stakeholders "Till now Two Phases of the project have been completed.Phase-3 of the Project is under progress which satrted on March 18th and will be completed and go live on 26th April 2022"
