A Successful web page made from scratch

The client needed a basic version of a website for their business plan where customers can browse, purchase, and leave reviews for various FMCG product samples. Not all products were provided for free, so the use of coupons was necessary to offset the cost.

The client requested the creation of a project from scratch. The goal was to develop a mobile application that is easy and intuitive to use for all types of users. The application was developed utilizing various user experience methodologies. The objective of the project was to build a mobile app that was not only technically advanced but also offered a positive and seamless
experience for users.

Strategy and approach :

Our team conducted research and competitive analysis to establish a user-friendly navigation system allowing easy movement between interlinked screens. The website included multiple paths to access the product page, coupons page, reviews page, and dashboard. This also included a dashboard that displayed analytics data for the merchant to view customer behavior, product purchases, surveys, and more. There were separate screens for customer engagement through questionnaires and customer hubs for each product.

The objective of the product was effectively accomplished, benefiting both merchants and customers. Merchants received feedback on their products for improvement purposes, while customers had the opportunity to try a sample before committing to the brand. The application was designed to be user-friendly for both merchants and customers, improving accessibility and usability.
